Birthday Party Explanation
1) Customer bring their own party favors and supplies. Such as cake, food items, table coverings, balloons and decorations etc.
2) Customers may utilize ice cream freezers and refrigerators to store perishable items. (Food, cake, etc.)
3) All food and drinks must stay in party area.
4) You must have enough people to supervise the kids. We try to help but we are a golf center. Our employees have assigned jobs for the golf center operation.
5) All attendees must vacate party area no later than 1/2 hour after designated time of party's completion.
6) When the party is over we clean up.
7) The party area rental fee is $50.00 for a maximum of 2 hours. The rental fee is also your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit unless (3) days before your party you cancel by picking up your deposit.
8) If you have less than 8 children attending you will still be charged for the minimum of 8 children.
9) In addition to the rental fee, fees for the party packages are as follows:
Package 1: $15 per child - Includes 1 round of mini golf, 1 round on the mini-go carts and one round on the bumper boats.
Package 2: $20 per child - Includes two rounds of mini golf, 1 round on the mini-go carts and one round on the bumper boats.
Package 3: $25 per child - Includes two rounds of mini golf, one round of bumper boats, one round of mini go-carts and a half pail of golfballs for the driving range OR two token for the baseball/softball batting cages.
10) Cash only, no checks, everything must be pre-paid the day of the party, before the party starts.
11) If payment is not received IN CASH before the party begins, the party will be cancelled! No checks or credit cards accepted!!
